Each month, we craft a curated dinner, designed for intimate gatherings—not catered events. Rooted in the soulful traditions of Vlach cooking, these meals are meant to be passed, dipped, savored, and shared at your own pace.
Whether you love hosting or simply want a new way to make time for the people you care about, we make it easy. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and ready for you to bring the spirit of the countryside into your home—with no stress, no planning, and no rush.
All you have to do is gather your people—and maybe open a few bottles of wine. We'll take care of the rest.

The Experience
We started this supper club to share a deeper part of Bar Vlaha—something more intimate, more rooted, and made to be enjoyed around your own table. Each month, our team creates a seasonal menu that brings the traditions of Vlach cooking home: dishes cooked with fire, shaped by the mountains, and made to be passed, dipped, and shared.
It’s a full dinner for two or four, with generous portions, house-baked breads, and bold, soulful flavors that shift with the season. One edition might lean into the sea, another into smoke or spice—but every box carries the spirit of the countryside. Wine pairings are available, and everything is prepared for easy pickup or local delivery.
